PLEASANT CHILDBIRTH with hypnotherapy

Childbirth is one of the most exciting moments of a woman’s life. However, it can be stressful because of the horror stories that are heard from others or because of the anxiety caused by the anticipation of the pain. Every baby is different so does every birth experience. All those painful experiences or traumatic birth stories don’t have to be your reality. You can gently and comfortably bring your baby to his/her new world. Don’t let fear be the driver of your birth! Your baby deserves better than that!

“When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change.” ~ Marie F. Mongan

With Hypno-birth, the goal is to remind the expecting mothers that the baby and the mom’s bodies work harmoniously. A woman’s body is designed to gently give birth without a medical intervention* just like how it’s designed to carry and support the baby for 9 months. When a mother is comfortable and relaxed during the labor, pelvic muscles reach a deeper relaxation and opening eliminating the need for “push”. Through practiced deep breathing, Hypno-anesthesia, imagery journeys, support from partners, and creating the comfort needed during labor, mothers can train their brains to elicit a deep relaxation response on demand.

According to multiple research studies throughout the years, hypnosis is

  • reported to relieve the labor pain significantly

  • reduce the use of Epidural anesthetic during labor.*

  • hypnotized mothers report pain in a different way than non-hypnotized mothers

  • Instead of feeling unbearable pain, hypno-birth mothers often describe the experience as feeling pressure and use the word "surges" or "waves" instead of contractions.

Childbirth hypnosis can help with painless birth experience by reconditioning your mind.
