• What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a focused state of awareness enabling a very suggestive state. It is a state where the person is awake and aware but also very relaxed and comfortable.

We all experience hypnosis during the day, it is a very natural state. Some say it is almost 'daydreaming' or ‘spacing out’. 

  • WHAT IS HYPNOSIS GOOD FOR?

Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious mind where most of our belief systems lay. Therefore, any belief systems that don't serve us anymore can be changed with hypnosis. Have you ever decided to make a change in your life but fallen back every time you attempted to change for some reason? By changing the belief in the subconscious mind using the hypnotic state, we can change our actions. 

Hypnosis has been used for various personal challenges over the hundreds of years such as stress, anxiety, dealing with loss, pain management, anesthesia, and helping with childbirth or dreams. 

  • IS HYPNOSIS DANGEROUS?

As long as hypnosis is conducted by a properly trained professional, there are no recorded dangerous results over the hundreds of years of its use. It doesn't have any side effects!

  • Can I be hypnotized?

Yes! Everybody can be hypnotized. In fact, it is a very natural state that we all experience hypnosis during the day. Have you ever watched a movie and got so much into the movie that you started crying? Or did you ever experience the drowsy feeling right before you fall asleep? Then you have been hypnotized before!

  • CAN YOU GET STUCK IN hypnosis?

No, you cannot get stuck in a hypnotic trance. Hypnosis is a very natural, daydream-like stage that we all experience during the day. During hypnosis, your mind and body are very relaxed and you can walk out or open your eyes whenever you wish without any problems. So you can get stuck in hypnosis as much as you can get stuck watching a movie, or sleeping.

  • WILL hypnosis WORK on me?

With hypnosis, the question is not whether or not can you be hypnotized but whether can we use hypnosis as a tool to help you to overcome your challenge. Hypnosis will work with you the most effectively the more you are open and willing to change. 

  • how many sessions will it take to overcome my issue?

Everyone is unique, therefore their sessions and personalities are as well! The number of sessions will change according to the challenge, person, and the developments during hypnosis. However, on average many issues are helped with around 1-7 sessions.

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
